Ayush Ujjwal is a self-learned software engineer with a passion for automating manual tasks. He is currently working as a Site Reliability Engineer I at Smarsh, where he helps build observability for products using Datadog and NewRelic. Ayush has experience in building infrastructure using code through Terraform and setting up scalable pipelines. Prior to his current role, Ayush worked as a Software Engineer at Red Hat, where he developed a new testing framework for GlusterFS called Redant, which provides 470% faster performance than the previous framework. He also fixed bugs and Coverity issues in GlusterFS, hosted community meetings for Gluster Organization, and worked on documentation for Glusterdocs using Make and published articles on the file system. Ayush has also worked as a Full-stack Developer at Mytasi, where he played the lead role in the web development team of Tasiride. He worked on the front-end as well as the backend of the website, dealt with hosting using AWS, and managed the database. During this tenure, Ayush also worked on making animated videos for advertisement purposes. Ayush holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 2021. He also attended Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro Steel City, and Mount Assisi for his earlier education. Ayush has a diverse tech stack, including SRE, Software Engineering, Terraform, New Relic, infra, test, Python, AWS, Frontend, Backend, and Web. He has relevant experience of 2.19 years and is always eager to dive into the ocean of latest technologies.
