Ayushi Yadav is an entrepreneur and founder of Rootandleaves, a service-based company that develops AI, web, and mobile applications. Prior to founding Rootandleaves, Ayushi worked with businesses like Squareboat and Design Brewery in a full-time corporate setting, where she managed various business-related requirements. As the Human Resources Lead at Design Brewery, Ayushi grew the hiring team six-fold for rapid HR activities. Ayushi's peers describe her as a person full of life who can connect with others effortlessly, enabling her to point them in the right direction. Her passion for contributing to everyone's improvement led her to work in human resources for a sizeable amount of time, giving her a sense of fulfillment. Ayushi holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University and a degree in Business Administration and Management from NMIMS. Her technical skills include AI, web, mobile, and ML. At Rootandleaves, Ayushi and her team develop platforms like Railtranz and GarbIT (Bhopal Government), as well as provide digital marketing and design services.
