Ayushman Mazumder is a third-year student pursuing a 4-year BE(Hons) degree at Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani. He is passionate about contributing something valuable to future generations and is fascinated by data analysis and its contribution to the field of quantitative finance. Ayushman has also developed a keen interest in web development and designing new structures with modern technologies. Apart from academics, Ayushman has a creative side as well. He loves painting both acrylic and glass and enjoys playing cricket and badminton. Currently, Ayushman is working as an Operations Intern at Newton School. He has previously worked as a Research Intern at South Dakota State University, where he worked on the topic of the effects of climate change on embankments. He also worked as a Summer Intern at Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, where he developed a computation program for structural analysis of a helical staircase. The program was capable of calculating vertical bending moments, shear and torsion forces at each step, and at critical points like support locations. Ayushman's educational background includes a Btech in Civil Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Class 12th Graduate degree in Science from MP Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School. He is currently pursuing a Minor in Finance from BITS Pilani. Ayushman's tech stack includes Research Scientist and Web. He has 0.68 years of relevant experience.
