Ayushman Sisodiya is a seasoned Software Engineer and Machine Learning enthusiast with over 5 years of relevant experience. He holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Ayushman is highly skilled in various programming languages such as GoLang, Xamarin, Python, ReactJs, C, C++, and Javascript. Currently, Ayushman is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Repute, where he has been instrumental in developing innovative microservices in Golang for the product Repute Forms. He has integrated with Karza, Pichain, Yesbank, IDfy, and Betterplace for tasks such as OCR, govt. database check, CRC, penny drop, etc. Ayushman has also set up product analytics and deployment monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDuty. He has improved the availability of the product by designing and implementing a smart switch that helps Repute switch sources based on their real-time performance, saving the customer success team 10+ hours weekly. Ayushman has spearheaded the development of Repute Offer Right, a decentralized offer management platform aimed at solving the problem of ghosting in recruitment by restricting the candidate to a single offer in acceptance state using smart contracts. He has also accomplished a cross-platform mobile application using Xamarin forms that lets users connect to Repute Network. Ayushman has developed WebAgent using the dotnet platform for network participants, facilitating the issuance of user data as verifiable credentials. He has built on top of Hyperledger Aries and Hyperledger Indy, using DIDComm messaging protocol for end-to-end encryption. Ayushman has also contributed to the development of Repute Data Exchange Platform built using Hyperledger Fabric, which facilitates the transfer of user data between network participants. He has designed the consent collection protocol deployed as smart contracts, ensuring no data movement without end-user authorization. In his previous role as a Software Engineer at Juniper Networks, Ayushman used Kubernetes as an orchestrator for the micro-service architecture-based telemetry application. He designed and implemented the CI/CD pipeline for the telemetry application using Jenkins, thus automating unit, regression, and integration tests. Ayushman also developed and maintained the frontend of Juniper's telemetry-based application using ReactJs, Redux, and Webpack. He automated the task of filing nearly 500 OSS requests using Selenium, thus reducing developer workload.
