Azad Ayub is an accomplished Founder and Managing Director with over 53 years of experience in the Civil Engineering and Property Management industries. Currently, he leads his award-winning property management company, Azad Ayub Limited, which he founded in 1980 and incorporated in 1995. The company's portfolio of real estate assets includes student accommodations and commercial properties in the UK, Spain, the US, and Pakistan. Under his leadership, Azad Ayub Limited has created secure and full-time employment opportunities for over 20 staff, both permanent and associate. He has introduced best processes in office management technology and developed bespoke property management software called "PROPS" to manage the company's assets. Azad has also created long-standing relationships with staff, some being the second generation in the firm. Prior to founding his company, Azad worked as a Senior Civil Engineer & Team Leader at Freeman Fox and Partners, a large London-based consulting engineering firm. He led design teams on civil engineering projects both at home and abroad, contributing in an advisory capacity on several projects. Azad's project management experience includes working on the Trakya Motorway project in Istanbul, Turkey, and the National Horse Racing Stadium project in Trinidad. Azad's education history includes an MSc and DIC in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London, a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, East Pakistan (now Bangladesh), and A Levels from Notre Dame College, Dhaka, East Pakistan (now Bangladesh). He also completed Senior Cambridge O Levels from PAF Public School, Sargodha.
