Aziz Murtazaev is an accomplished Engineering Lead at Ami and ex-Facebook Senior Software Engineer with over 13 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. He is responsible for delivering mobile apps of Ami on both iOS and Android. Aziz has an impressive track record of building high-performance apps and improving UI rendering of Facebook app products. During his tenure at Facebook, Aziz created PlaygroundApp in Android that allowed product developers of Facebook app to iterate on their features 30-60% faster than doing it on the main app. He also built performance instrumentation for Litho open-source library, which improved the end-to-end tests running time by 30-40%.
