Currently working as a Software Consultant for xebia, he is responsible for providing software consultancy services to IDFC First Bank. Badhmanaban's previous experience includes working as a Software Engineer for Trans Neuron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. where he worked on eKaushal, a cloud-based skill ecosystem management platform. He was responsible for building a first-of-its-kind, highly secured, scalable, and replicable skills ecosystem management platform that connects various stakeholders of an independent skill ecosystem. Additionally, he has also worked as a Software Engineer for Linga ROS, a new generation cloud-based iPad point-of-sale system. Badhmanaban holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Anna University.
