Badhri Narayanan Krishnakumar is an experienced Software Development Engineer with over 8 years of relevant experience. Currently, he is working with Yahoo! Inc. as a Software Development Engineer, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining ASP.Net applications with MS SQL backend, with the help of Telerik controls. Additionally, he is also involved in porting a legacy Foxpro application to MySQL backend. Prior to his current role, Badhri worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During his tenure, he developed and maintained ASP.Net applications with MS SQL backend, with the help of Telerik controls. He was also involved in porting a legacy Foxpro application to MySQL backend. Badhri has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Atlas Healthcare Software, where he developed new modules and maintained existing modules for ASP.NET applications with MS SQL backend. He identified bottlenecks and improved the performance of the applications through SQL query optimizations and .NET code optimizations. He reviewed the development work and deliverables of other members in the team and was part of the Database Team to review the SQL queries and stored procedures of other team members. He also worked on critical Live Support issues, interfacing with the Client and Client Services team. Badhri holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, where he graduated in 2017. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore, where he graduated in 2011.
