Bagus Prabangkoro is a highly motivated and curious individual with a passion for exploring different things and going deeper into various topics. With a background in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Bagus has gained extensive experience in the tech industry, having worked with top companies such as Traveloka and Blibli. Currently serving as a Back End Developer at Traveloka's EATS delivery domain, Bagus is responsible for being the Project PIC and design driver dispatch improvement, planning and executing projects related to driver dispatch, regularly being on call PIC, bug fixing and improving related systems, handling high traffic needs with async systems, and being a buddy for new members on the team. He has a strong command of various technologies, including Java, Spring boot, Terraform, Shell, Python, Node.js, Elasticsearch, Redis, Postgresql, Docker, and AWS. Bagus has also served as Chief Technology Officer at Angkoters, where he delivered information technology systems of the public transportation ecosystem. Additionally, he has worked as a Software Development Engineer at Blibli.com, where he mostly worked on the frontend side using Angular and Vue, maintained and developed customer-facing pages and forms on Blibli.com and merchant sites using Vue.js, maintained and developed internal web applications using Angular and Java Spring, maintained multiple backend microservices using Java Spring, added new features on each sprint, refactored codes and optimized algorithms, fixed existing bugs and new potential bugs, and found new opportunities for tech debt and innovation. Bagus is also a good memer and has been learning Japanese since 2020, achieving N3 in July 2022, with plans to take N2 in December 2022. He is looking for opportunities to work in Japan in 2023.
