Bahul Arora is a Co-Founder of Instasolv, a company that aims to democratize education for Bharat. He is a 3-time entrepreneur who has developed products for the bottom of the pyramid users with features like job search on SMS and miss-call subscription to jobs. Bahul is also hands-on with code (Ruby on Rails, Android) and has built software products from scratch. He is adept at UX design tools (Sketch, Photoshop), prototyping tools (Invision, Adobe XD), and design principles for Mobile, Web & Mobile Web. Bahul has a deep understanding of product feature development backed by user research and usage data. He is a techie at heart who loves challenging problems and creating products. During his free time, he prefers catching up on global product trends and wire-framing new product ideas. Currently, Bahul is the Founder of Instasolv, which has been acquired by Vedantu. He has scaled the company from scratch to a million users in the first 9 months and is looking forward to doing 10x growth in a year. In the past, Bahul has worked as a Product Manager at Transweb Global, where he created a self-sufficient team within the organization. He built product, tech & marketing team from scratch for Askiitians mobile and spearheaded full product life cycle from conception till the launch of the product. He also revamped tech to build efficiency and assisted CEO in fundraising story and pitch deck preparation. Bahul was the Founder/CTO at mHire, which was acquired by an OLX company (Aasaanjobs). mhire.in is a marketplace to connect Employers, Blue-Collared Workers, Skill Development Institutes, and Placement Consultants. His mission was to make hiring blue-collared workers easy. He built the tech and product team launched and scaled it to 20L jobseekers and 5000 Placement Consultants, proved early monetization. Bahul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from SRM University and completed his High School from St. Francis College, Lucknow. He has relevant experience of 10.51 years and possesses a Tech Stack that includes Mobile, Web, Ruby, Research Scientist, Designer, Product Manager, Search, Android, and Senior Software Engineer.
