Bakyaraj Velu is an experienced Full Stack Application/Back End developer with over 11 years of experience in Java. Currently working at VMware as a Full Stack Application Developer, Bakyaraj is responsible for developing the #CDT (Customer Discovery Tool), a self-service tool for sales users that provides accurate and complete customer intelligence during the opportunity life cycle. The tool is launching from the Salesforce opportunity tab as a separate tab in the browser and allows users to filter sites by using different criteria, save customer definition, and sync recommended site EA (Entitlement Account) to Salesforce for quote creation. The ACPQ is developed on top of Salesforce to load the product SKU based on entitlement account and process price for the loaded product. The Install Base, Sales, and Deal Manager Team are using this application to provide accurate and aggregated quotes for the customer. Bakyaraj has previously worked as a Technical Lead at Cognizant, where he designed and developed an Application REST API to the consumer applications.
