Currently, he is leading the analytics team at Hitachi Energy, where he is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve business performance. With a strong background in SAP BI and HANA, Bala has a proven track record of delivering successful global implementations for some of the world's leading companies. Before joining Hitachi Energy, Bala worked as the SAP BI Core Lead at Johnson Matthey, where he led the implementation of BW, BO, and HANA solutions across the company's global operations. Prior to that, he worked as an SAP BI/BO/HANA Consultant at Babcock International Group, where he helped clients develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance. Bala holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from S.V.K.P Arts and Science College, Penugonda.
