Bala Krishna is a highly skilled software professional with over 10 years of experience in manual and automation testing, performance testing, and networking protocols testing. He is currently a Member of Technical Staff at Micro Focus, where he manages multiple automation projects and leads the complete automation phases, from initiation to cloud integration. Bala has designed and developed automation frameworks from scratch using various tools, including Selenium, Rest API, Appium, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and AWS. Bala is proficient in various testing skills, including functional and non-functional testing, Selenium Webdriver, API, web, mobile automation, and Python scripting. He has also designed frameworks such as data-driven, keyword, hybrid, and BDD. Bala has experience in TDD, ATDD, Agile, and SAFe methodologies. In addition to his technical skills, Bala has strong management skills, including automation lead, scrum master, and test lead.
