Balachandar was a founding team member at Siftery (acquired by G2.com) and has also worked as a Director of Product at G2 and as Head of Product & Data Science at Siftery. He has a strong background in data science and is a self-proclaimed data geek. Balachandar believes that no great product ever gets built without even better customer support and is a customer support enthusiast at his core. Balachandar holds an M.Phil. degree in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. He is well-versed in Web3, product management, and data science.
