One of Balaji's notable achievements was the FOKAL AWS Slack App, which automated the workflow for providing AWS permissions to developers. This app removed the dependency on Cloud Engineers and allowed developers to get permissions with just a click. He also developed Python scripts for the Fokal AWS Watcher Platform, which detected production failures of AWS resources and notified the owners of that particular resource about the failure through Slack. This platform helped to take quick actions on the production failures and maintain a good health of the project. Balaji's skills in EDA and hands-on experience in Seaborn and Plotly provided him with the skill of extracting useful insights from the data. He also built a Slack app for employees at Fokal, which helped in moving from manual sharing of Google Forms and keeping all the records to clicks on Slack with all relevant data storing in the database. Balaji holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from CMR Institute of Technology.
