Balaji Krishnarao is a Technology Lead at Infosys with over 12 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. He is currently leading a team and handling PMO activities for Project 1 at Infosys, where he is responsible for analyzing and making code changes to batch jobs and programs. He also possesses business knowledge in UK Payments domain. In his previous project, Project 2, he monitored online transactions and resolved any failures. He was also involved in analyzing, developing, and unit testing jobs and programs, along with monitoring, querying, and reporting support activities. His experience in Investment Banking domain was also utilized in this project. Balaji's past work experience includes being an Associate-Projects at Cognizant, where he worked on two different projects. In Project 1, he analyzed and resolved production incidents and made code changes to existing jobs and programs. In Project 2, he worked on peer code review, unit testing, and system integration testing, and also developed a table cross-reference tool using REXX. He has business knowledge in Retail and Consumer Goods domain, along with Business Insurance domain. As a Project Engineer at Wipro, Balaji worked on three different projects. In Project 1, he was responsible for batch support and application support, along with chairing status calls. He has business knowledge in Personal and Retail Banking domain. In Project 2, he worked on impact analysis, coding, and unit testing of jobs and programs. In Project 3, he manually tested two Insurance applications and reported defects. Balaji has a Master of Science degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Anna University, along with a PGPM Level-1 in Management from Sunstone Business School. He also has a background in Computer Science from Alpha Matriculation Higher Secondary School. His technical skills include SQL, Integration, and Web, among others. Balaji has a good understanding of Agile Methodology-Scrum and has experience in direct interaction with clients/SMEs.
