Balaji Kutty is a highly experienced Software Engineering Manager with over 27 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently, he is working with Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Software Engineering Manager, where he is responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers. Prior to this, Balaji worked with Silver Peak as a Senior Escalation Engineer, where he handled customer escalations on management software that manages Silver Peak's SDWAN appliances. He has also worked with Mobisir Technologies Pvt Ltd as a CTO, where he led the engineering team in executing projects from various clients. His work involved analyzing free/open source software available, training the team, setup infrastructure, translating customer requirements to the team, etc. Balaji's latest project with NorthFacing involves working with the team to develop a Financial Technology platform uplyf.com where users can buy and sell real estate in terms of square feet. Balaji holds a Master of Technology - MTech degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also has a M.Sc degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sourashtra College. Balaji's technical expertise includes being a Senior Software Engineer. He has a strong ability to lead and manage teams, analyze complex problems, and find creative solutions.
