Balaji Ramaswamy is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional with over 24 years of experience in database management. As a Customer Success professional at Dremio, he is responsible for ensuring the success of Dremio's customers by overseeing database management through the entire lifecycle, from RFPs to design, build, implementation, and operations. Balaji is skilled in managing requirements for new databases and preparing the Statement of Work (SOW), as well as providing comprehensive reviews of DB servers for missing pre-requisites for a smooth software install.
