Balaji Srinivasan is an experienced Engineering Manager and Product Architect currently working at AmberTAG Analytics Pvt. Ltd. He is responsible for leading several product initiatives related to e-commerce companies in the area of personalization. AmberTAG offers predictive analytics-based, advanced services, and software for analyzing Big Data. Balaji has over 24 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering, product management, and design. He has worked for several companies in the past, including Dataphi Labs, where he was a Principal Program Manager responsible for end-to-end handling of various products for different clients. He was responsible for the overall scope, design, development, and delivery of these products, people, and client management. Some of the products he worked on include HealthSetGo, a digital platform to execute the overall activities of health check-up programs of students of various schools in India, and LeaderAmp, an e-coaching platform to develop future leaders in organizations using psychometric analysis and AI-based coaching. Balaji has also worked as a Chief Product Officer at Mobisir Technologies Pvt Ltd. His responsibilities spanned product vision and strategy, product design and development, and product marketing and management. Currently, he is involved in beta testing their flagship product, mXams, and is about to launch it during the month of October. Balaji is also involved in marketing initiatives of the product.
