Balaji Sundeep is a highly accomplished Head of Product with over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently working as an Associate Director at Zeta, where he is responsible for the company's T&E, Gifting, Rewards & Recognition products. Balaji started his career as a hardware design engineer at Apple, where he worked on building high-performance and low-power SSDs. He then moved on to nVIDIA, where he worked as a Senior ASIC Engineer, focusing on bringing PC-quality gaming to mobile devices. After completing his MBA from ISB, Balaji joined Zeta as a co-founder, where he helped create, build, validate, and scale the company's Merchant and Zeta Express businesses from scratch. He was responsible for product strategy and roadmaps covering acquisition, engagement, and retention for both B2B and B2C product suites. Balaji also played a key role in building high-performance teams and managing key partnerships to scale the business exponentially in India. Balaji's current focus is on disrupting the corporate travel and expense experience (T&E market) with Rubix. He is passionate about driving collective intellectual capital to deliver great products and expand technology frontiers, thereby making the world a better place. Balaji has a strong background in product management, mobile, and software engineering, and is highly skilled in building and leading high-performance teams. Balaji holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing, Operations, and Strategy from ISB, and a B.E (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
