Balaji Thiruvengadam is a highly skilled and experienced CTO with a strong background in people and product leadership, as well as hands-on experience in advanced technologies such as machine learning. He is a techno-savvy, entrepreneurial leader who has honed his skills in all facets of product management, including customer engagement, quality engineering, deployment, and support. Balaji has a proven track record of driving company performance targets, developing operating plans, and aligning cross-functional teams with company performance targets. He has experience in defining product vision, OKR, feature value map analysis, roadmap, product realization strategy, pricing, and drafting user experience flow of SAAS products. Balaji has also defined roadmaps, strategies, and governance models for software product development, as well as defined enterprise technology architecture and built large-scale systems with microservices architecture. Balaji holds a Master's degree in Machine Design from IIT, an Advanced Product Management certification from the Institute of Product Leadership, an MBA in Systems from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, where he was a gold medalist and university rank holder, from the University of Madras.
