Balasundar Balasubramanian is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with over 11 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. Currently, he holds the position of Sr. Product Manager at Bounce, where he is responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap for their platform. Prior to his current role, Balasundar has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Samsung and Garmin International. While at Samsung, he was responsible for driving customer retention and growth for Samsung Pay, a digital payments platform. Additionally, Balasundar led the tech roadmap and MVP for commercialization of Bixby/Voice AI across Samsung's device portfolio and defined product and market requirements for their go-to-market strategy. At Garmin International, Balasundar owned the complete software and hardware solution roadmap for multiple new product lines. He identified market gaps by working directly with end-users, defined core value proposition, and steered development towards product-market fit. He also managed end-to-end product requirements, developed business cases, and led Sales & Engineering teams to execute Go-to-Market strategy. Balasundar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a Dual Major in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian School of Business (ISB). He also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Control Systems / Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Balasundar's technical skills include product management, AI, mobile, and UI.
