Balchandra Kemkar is a seasoned Solution Consulting professional with over 17 years of experience in Digital Banking Products and Ecosystems. He specializes in advanced and emerging digital banking technologies, and is currently working as a Senior Solution Consulting Manager at Infosys, where he helps banks accelerate their Digital Transformation journeys. Balchandra is a member of the Working Group of Client Advisory Board, where he focuses on the latest innovations in Banking Business as well as Technology areas. Prior to his current role, he worked on Digital Banking Products for Finacle Banking Solution, including Digital Wallet, Mobile Banking, and Online Banking. Balchandra also worked on the Product Development and Product Roadmap for the consumer wallet at Jio Money, the payments business of Reliance Industries Ltd. He defined and developed the product strategy, including product features, UI & UX across mobile and desktop screens (smartphone app and portal) for the launch of Jio Money. He used Agile methodology for managing the wallet project.
