Balvant Yadav is an experienced Software Development Engineer II (SDE-II) at Amazon with more than nine years of experience in the field of Big Data technologies. He has a handful of experience in building data platform services, writing data pipelines, and debugging complex issues. Currently, he is working as a Tech Lead at inmobi, where he is responsible for designing and implementing various services related to CGroups and Multi-tenancy in Storm, User Store Service, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, and Data Catalog. Balvant has worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the past at inmobi, where he designed and implemented reporting pipelines for CPI billing and strands, and was involved in designing and implementing Egret, a stream processing framework. He has also worked on migration from batch pipeline to real-time reporting, storm security using Kerberos, and automated E2E DCP data reporting pipeline using Map Reduce, SQL DWH, Falcon, and Oozie.
