Banty Kumar is a full-stack developer with a passion for solving real-world problems through software. With 6.45 years of experience in the industry, Banty has worked with some of the biggest names in the e-commerce and entertainment industries. Currently working as a backend developer for the wholesale team of Flipkart, Banty has designed and implemented the orchestration system to manage the post-order journeys of Flipkart wholesale orders. He has also worked on scaling Flipkart wholesale from a few hundred pincodes to pan-India before BBD 2021. Banty started his career as a software engineer at Vuclip, where he worked on developing mobile apps. He then moved on to Flipkart, where he worked as a standalone frontend engineer and led various growth hack projects. He was also a part of the team that revamped the Flipkart homepage and notification module. Banty has experience in building apps in Android and React Native and has worked on integrating Flipkart's easy credit system with Walmart's Best Price App. Banty is an avid problem solver and loves to solve common world problems through software. He has been awarded Exceeds Expectation in all three performance cycles at Flipkart. Banty is active on Github, StackOverflow, and Leetcode, where he shares his knowledge and expertise with the wider community. Banty holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pune and Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
