Baradwaj Venkatesan is a skilled Software Engineer with over 6 years of relevant experience in building highly scalable online e-commerce platforms and identity management systems. This enables cross-selling between Freshworks products and selling Freshworks as Suite of Products. He implemented APIs for Authentication in compliance with the OAuth 2.0 Framework, integrated FreshId with Freshworks products, and demonstrated SSO across products. Baradwaj also optimized the payload size of a core entity by re-modeling the existing format and implemented Distributed and Remote testing framework using Jmeter for performance testing in Redis using GCP and AWS.
