Bardha Maloku is an experienced Implementation Engineer at WorkSpan with a strong technical background and expertise in managing the build and configuration of WorkSpan Implementations. Bardha is a technical subject matter expert who has conducted detailed business process and technical analysis, documenting customer’s business model, solution architecture, and technical design documents. She has worked closely with Product and Engineering teams to architect technical solutions for standard, configured, and custom client implementations. Bardha has also created tools, automation scripts, and documentation to optimize and improve the customer onboarding experience and time to go-live. With over four years of relevant experience, Bardha has a strong domain knowledge of partner motions involving Joint Sales, Joint solution builds channel management, and management of Market Development funds for partner organizations. She worked as a Member of Technical Staff - Frontend at WorkSpan in the past and as a Software Developer Intern at Smith & Associates, where she worked on the Customer Relationship & Management (CRM) project. Bardha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Graceland University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Golden Gate University, which she expects to complete by December 2022.
