Barnik Bhattacharyya is a seasoned Product Leader with a passion for iterative experimentation, development, and testing. He has led the growth of four platform products, including Chat2AI, CELS, Zenlaw, and MLBuddy, by developing and optimizing features, resulting in customer acquisition and revenue. Barnik has shipped products and features in API, Payments, Live Chat, Loyalty, and NLP over omnichannel platforms for B2B customers across a wide range of industries within the Government and Private sectors. Barnik's key expertise includes leading strategy and product roadmap, leading the voice of customers through user research and interviews, strengthening privacy and security across platform users through RBAC and ABAC, experimenting with UX through metrics and A/B tests, building a strong product team by hiring and conducting training workshops, and leading and improving sprints while working closely with development stakeholders. As the current Product Lead at Zenlaw, Barnik leads the product and roadmap in the development and evolution of the company's primary product stack, Zenlaw and MLBuddy. He has shipped identity, sharing, tooltips, and workflow features on the Zenlaw Platform, improving privacy, security, and engagement for users. He has also created a product vision for the internal project delivery platform and defined metrics to track performance across different delivery cycles. He introduced nodes within workflows enabling templatization, thereby reducing the built-time of custom workflows from days to minutes. Barnik has held previous roles as a Product Consultant at In5 Dubai, where he consulted with an early-stage food eCommerce startup, and as a Product Manager at Viafone Technologies, where he enabled Fortune 500s across the EMEA to digitize Customer Experience through its SaaS and PaaS platforms over Web and Mobile Apps. Barnik holds a Certificate in Computer Software Engineering from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering from KIIT University. He has also completed research and project internships at Calcutta University and Jadavpur University.
