Barnik Ray is a Software Engineer at Amazon, currently working as an SDE II. He is a tech enthusiast who admires and adores technology, and is amazed by how it impacts our daily lives. Barnik is a tech freak who loves coding and is an avid competitive programmer. He also enjoys playing around with data. In his current role at Amazon, Barnik is responsible for developing and maintaining highly scalable backend services that cater to Amazon Physical Stores around the world. He is also working on developing and maintaining frontend applications primarily built on AngularJS. Additionally, he has worked on internationalization of frontend tools for use in different regions. Prior to Amazon, Barnik worked as an SDE at Tally, where he was a C++ developer. He also worked as a Software Engineering Intern at MobStac, where he worked extensively on front-end development using Angular, HTML/CSS/JS. Barnik holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from Jadavpur University, where he studied Computer Science. He also has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Statistics from St. Xavier's College. He completed his schooling from St. Xavier's School, Burdwan, where he earned his I.C.S.E. and I.S.C. degrees. Barnik's tech stack includes expertise in Software Engineering, Frontend, Backend, and AngularJS. He has relevant experience of 4.19 years in the industry.
