Bartek Bogacki is a CTO and machine learning enthusiast currently working at Roq.ad, an ad tech venture based in Berlin. As the CTO, Bartek is responsible for all tech activities in the company, including building the tech team, leading product development, and implementing agile processes. Roq.ad's cutting-edge, proprietary Cross-Device technology matches devices to people and people to households, providing a revolutionary approach to smarter advertising and optimized marketing spend across all digital devices. With over 14 years of relevant experience, Bartek has a strong background in software engineering, machine learning, and big data. Prior to joining Roq.ad, he provided consultancy for scalability issues, Big Data, Fast Data, and AdTech ventures at Reactive Software. He also served as the CTO at Bidlab, where he built an innovative Demand-Side Platform from scratch, integrated two ADXs, and processed over 5K QPS. Bartek holds a Ph.D. in Software Analysis and Testing from Poznan University of Technology, as well as an M.Sc. in Computer Software Engineering from the same university. He also completed a Project Management course at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu. Bartek's technical expertise includes senior software engineering, machine learning, big data, Spark, Redis, RabbitMQ, Java, Cassandra, and Hadoop. He is a dedicated tech enthusiast who is passionate about developing innovative Cross-Device technology to help Roq.ad's partners navigate today’s multi-device reality.
