Basant Singh is a highly skilled full stack JavaScript developer with a focus on front-end development and UX. He has a strong background in native Android development and has worked with various technologies in his career. Currently, Basant is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) where he is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's software infrastructure. Prior to joining OCI, Basant worked at SAP where he held multiple roles including Developer and Developer Associate. At SAP BUILD, he was part of a team of highly skilled developers who made use of MEAN stack to develop the microservices of the platform. At Cloud Service Center, he developed and maintained a mobile app for a customer which had notable features such as offline support, auto syncing of data, and push notifications for master data updates. Basant also did a POC on MEAN stack for a project portfolio web app using Angular 2, Sails.js, and MongoDB. Basant has a Master of Technology degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He has over five years of relevant experience in software engineering, infrastructure, Android, JavaScript, frontend development, web development, microservices, mobile development, and MongoDB.
