Basim B is a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technology Consultant 4.0, Product Manager, Business Analyst, and Cyber Security Associate with over 10 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Chief Operations and Management Officer at Opzet Solutions Private Limited, where he leads and develops team leaders and technology consultants in delivering development and support services at agreed service levels consistent with company standards while optimizing performance. Basim proactively identifies and implements solutions to constantly improve service levels and performance, improves operations efficiency, and optimizes client service delivery. He ensures a high level of cooperation/communication between teams, among the operations functions, and with all functions in the organization. Basim maximizes team productivity through ongoing reporting, feedback, and counseling, and constantly drives direct reports to achieve their personal and team KPIs. He monitors and reports on all issues pertaining to the operation, escalating and closing off all risks. Basim's past experience includes working as a Technology Specialist and Executive Officer at Opzet Solutions Private Limited, where he used the Working Backwards method to decompose business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the product roadmap. He worked with Product Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details and solutions behind the business requirements, translated product objectives into actionable features, and re-affirmed and clarified business requirements and vision during various points of the agile development process. Basim also worked as a Design Engineer at Alarifi Trading and Cont Corp, where he conducted system and requirement analysis, design, and procurement. Basim holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Wireless Technology from Cochin University and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering, also from Cochin University. He completed his ISC in Mathematics and Computer Science from the International Indian School, Dammam.
