Bay Phillips is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager with over 11 years of experience in running multi-disciplinary full-stack and native teams. He is currently the Head of Engineering at Seed Health, where he manages and directs all customer-facing digital platforms, including two full-stack teams, Native iOS and Android, and Services and Architecture direction. Prior to joining Seed Health, Bay held Engineering Manager positions at Dropbox and Jetblack. At Dropbox, he led several teams across multiple disciplines, including consumer-facing websites and back-end tooling, native iOS and Android applications, internal operations and tooling applications, and the Engineering Summer Internship program. At Jetblack, Bay led a team of engineers and QA resources to further develop and expand upon Plated's native iOS application. Bay's educational background includes a BS in Information Technology Web Science with a minor in Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he studied from 2007 to 2011. He also attended The Lawrenceville School from 1999 to 2003. Bay's technical expertise includes Senior Software Engineering, iOS, Android, Backend, and QA. He is a results-driven leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
