Bella Salazar is a seasoned Head of Product Design with over 6 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, she is leading the product design team at eezylife Inc., where she is responsible for building the first psychology-driven AI recommender app. Bella has a deep understanding of the user experience and an eye for detail that enables her to create products that are both visually stunning and highly functional. Prior to joining eezylife, Bella worked as an Experience Design Consultant at Capgemini, where she worked on a variety of projects in both the public and private sectors. Her clients included Heathrow Airport, NHS, Royal Mail, and BP, among other big companies in the UK and Europe. Bella's work at Capgemini helped her develop a strong understanding of design thinking and the importance of user-centered design. Before Capgemini, Bella was the Head of the Design Team at Shopcade Lagardère Active Media Group, where she was responsible for the experience strategy and design of e-commerce for ELLE France. She led the UX/UI work, producing all major deliverables and presenting them to different stakeholders. Bella's work at Shopcade helped her develop excellent team management skills and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. Bella has a degree in Software Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Centrales 'Rómulo Gallegos'. She also holds a Virtual Reality Specialization degree from the University of London. Bella's technical skills include product design, product management, AI, UI, and dotNET.
