Ben Piché is a Full Stack AI/ML/NLP subject matter expert and developer with over 10 years of relevant experience. Ben has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Enterra Solutions, LLC, where he automated the human sales call evaluation process for a major contact center client using accurate machine learning models trained on historical and annotated data. He has also designed, built, and maintained the docker services for information extraction APIs, built a pipeline for training, testing, and deploying hundreds of document classifiers, and deployed Rasa chat bot framework for intent and entity extraction.
