He is currently working at Real Geeks, where he builds powerful, simple, and easy-to-use software to help real estate professionals generate more business. Ben is a results-driven full-stack developer who loves making things and shipping code. His favorite stack is React and Rails. He has extensive experience in designing and developing systems in social networks, financial services, social lending, accounting, and domains. He has also worked on very large applications with over 3 million users and has expertise in scalability and performance. Ben is a collaborative team player who excels in Agile Best Practices, Pair Programming, TDD, and Continuous Deployment. He has held four Founder/Officer positions and understands the big picture and the critical path to get the company where it needs to be. In addition to his technical skills, Ben is passionate about giving back and leads workshops on Ruby on Rails and React.
