Benjamin Mouw is an experienced Product Director with a track record of delivering in a global, high-paced, agile e-commerce environment. He is passionate about understanding the customer and building the right technical solutions that meet their needs and deliver business value. With over 19 years of relevant experience, Benjamin has a strong technical background that enables him to deliver innovative products through small step innovation and data validation. Benjamin is skilled in team building and people management, technical roadmap development, eCommerce strategy, agile product development, conversion optimization, and A/B testing. He also has expertise in qualitative analysis and user research, as well as new product development. Currently, Benjamin is the Director of Integrations at Cloudbeds, a hospitality management platform that empowers independent hoteliers and hosts to grow revenue, streamline operations, and deliver a memorable guest experience. Prior to his role at Cloudbeds, Benjamin took some time off to travel the world, explore new ideas, and relocate to Minnesota to be near family. He also worked as a programmer at Latest Wave, LLC. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Calvin College and completed his high school education at Milaca High School. His tech stack includes research scientist, product manager, and testing.
