Benton Anderson is an accomplished VP of Engineering with over 10 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. He is currently leading the engineering organization at Repeat, where he has continued to grow the team to 8 across two teams while still remaining hands-on. Benton has a proven track record of delivering high-impact features concurrently with architecture changes, supporting consistent MoM growth. Prior to his current role, Benton was the Head of Engineering at Repeat, where he built the engineering team from scratch, powering growth leading to $6M Series A. He built an end-to-end CPG reordering solution and consumer intelligence platform with Rails, React/TypeScript, AWS SQS, Postgres, and DBT/Snowflake, supporting brands among the largest on Shopify. Benton also served as a Technical Advisor at Repeat in the past. Benton's education background includes a Master of Science in Mathematics from Emporia State University, where he is currently pursuing his degree and is expected to graduate in 2024. He also completed a Data Science Foundations program from NC State University Graduate School in 2019. Benton holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, with a minor in Physics from Southeast Missouri State University.
