Berke Erem is a Chief Strategy Officer at ENTES Elektronik, where he leads the development of solutions and products in line with ENTES' strategy. He coordinates resources to bring product and solution ideas from sales channels, domestic and international markets to life. Berke also acts as a consultant to the Marketing Department for determining solution strategies and creating the respective business models. He coordinates sales and marketing, R&D, and innovation teams together with the Marketing Department and reports to the General Manager. Berke's main responsibilities are management consultancy, strategy development, solution development and marketing consultancy, and corporate coordination. Berke has 9.20 years of relevant experience, including his time as a Business Development Manager at ENTES Elektronik. In this role, he planned and executed business development activities that formed the basis for ENTES' sustainable and profitable growth. Berke developed the company's existing products into solution packages and proposed solution-oriented pricing strategies to the Marketing Department. He also identified new business areas, developed strategic partnerships, and prepared plans that supported ENTES' business development goals. Berke was responsible for developing new business models and ensuring that they were recorded in the company's memory. Before joining ENTES Elektronik, Berke worked as a Project Associate at Microsoft. He was part of a team that developed a business model for Microsoft Turkey on the "Internet of Things" (IoT) theme. Berke connected Microsoft with potential solution partners, IoT hardware suppliers, and software developers experienced with Azure development over smart devices. He also provided consultancy to university student groups on their IoT development projects and attended tech conferences to create and present large-scale sales project ideas to Microsoft. Berke holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sabanci University, where he studied Business Administration and Management, General. He also has a Special degree in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics Engineering from Sabanci University.
