He has built a Customer Data Platform to unlock the path to hyper-personalization and data-driven marketing and has launched in-country operations including marketing, manufacturing, business operations, content, call center, software, and technology teams for Japan, India, and China. Bernard has also held senior positions at cimpress, including Senior Director of Portfolio Management - Cimpress Technology, where he led post-merger integration for European businesses via technology enablement and adoption of mass customization platforms. He also led the architecture for eCommerce solutions that unlock data-driven marketing, dynamic personalization, and support for personalized and customized products. As Senior Vice President of Technology and Head of platform development at cimpress, Bernard led software and product development teams delivering the Mass Customization Platform for Cimpress businesses. Bernard has 29.70 years of relevant experience in integration, software engineering, product management, decentralization, and senior software engineering.
