Bert Grantges is a seasoned Tech Executive with over 17 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently the Founder of myfly.io, where he helps software companies grow revenue and optimize for growth. Previously, Bert has worked with companies like pinpoint and vera security, where he held positions of Vice President Customer Success and Vice President Sales Engineering, respectively. At pinpoint, Bert built up the customer success and support organization from the ground up to support a product lead software platform that helped development teams collaborate and improve processes. He implemented and integrated software systems to create an end-to-end system for reporting usage and adoption reporting and overall customer engagement and self-service. Bert also developed internal and external-facing training material to help onboard new employees and customers to their product suite. He scaled a team to support a high engagement model for their product launch in April 2020 and worked closely with the Head of Product and Sales to define the product-market fit and drive product development based on early customer feedback. At vera security, Bert was responsible for the Technical Sales organization supporting their worldwide direct sales and partner channels, ensuring revenue growth and adoption of VERA for the Fortune 2000. He developed the playbook for managing enterprise-level PoVs with a SaaS-style sales motion to help accelerate their average time to revenue. Bert implemented cross-organizational processes for handing off new customers to customer success and professional services, ensuring knowledge transfer and successful implementations. He doubled the size of the solution engineering organization to support the sales efforts of the company and created internal channels for customer feedback and product ideation to help them identify methods to remove product friction and prioritize features that would drive revenue.
