Bhadra Mani is a seasoned technical manager and leader with over 17 years of experience in software product engineering, design, architecture, and management. He is a certified Machine Learning/AI and Deep Learning Specialist from Coursera and has a demonstrated history of working on various products, concepts, and enterprise software, including large data sets, text analysis, and information extraction. Bhadra is adept in the areas of product management, engineering services, support, SaaS, working with multicultural teams, aligning stakeholders, Cognitive & Social Learning, Organization Building, Strategic growth, and management. Bhadra is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Altruista Health, a healthcare product company. He is leading product teams to build quality products and integrations around GuidingCare, which is a matured product in Care Management space. Bhadra has managed various integrations like SmartComm, MCG, Interqual, Lob, Healthify, etc., to Altruista's core product, GuidingCare, which meets all security standards and falls into HITRUST and HIPPA compliance. He has worked on evolving the product from Medicare & Medicaid to Commercial line of business and supervised hassle-free upgrades of large customers like United Health Group. Bhadra has also led a team of developers to build 'Out of Box' integration APIs, which helps customers to integrate with the core product in real-time.
