Bhagyashree Raut is an experienced Project Consultant and Project Manager with over 6 years of relevant experience. Currently working at EY, she is adept at utilizing her knowledge and skills in the best possible manner in the field of Project Management. Bhagyashree has previously worked at Pune Smart City Development Corporation Limited as a Project Facilitation and Information Technology Engineer. She was responsible for facilitating the work of multiple ICT/Mobility project teams engaged with the corporation and reporting benchmarks to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, GoI. Additionally, she validated technical documents such as Software requirements specification, Functional requirements, Design Document, UI Prototype, UAT, and designed meeting agendas and minutes at the project Procurement and Processing Committee meetings. She also communicated with multiple municipal departments to facilitate smooth project execution, assessed project deliverables as per the Service Level Agreements in the RFP and contract, maintained positive vendor relations with effective communications, and assisted Third Party Auditors during projects functional testing to assess project efficiency. Prior to her work at Pune Smart City Development Corporation Limited, Bhagyashree worked at Pacavi Group as a Programmer Analyst. Bhagyashree has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune. Her technical skills include test and UI, and she is constantly looking for ways to improve her knowledge and skills in the field of Project Management.
