Bhakti Vithalani is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and engineer with a passion for equipping people with the skills they need to succeed in the workforce. As the founder and CEO of BigSpring, an AI-powered work readiness platform, she has helped companies such as Google, Uber, and Tata rapidly create and retool talent for business growth. The platform has been described as "TikTok for work" and has earned Bhakti and her team recognition as a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer 2020. In addition to her work at BigSpring, Bhakti sits on the Board of Governors and co-chairs the Learning Experiences Committee for JA Worldwide, one of the world's largest youth-serving NGOs. JA prepares young people for employment and entrepreneurship by delivering hands-on, experiential learning in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship.
