Bhakti Vithalani is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and engineer with a passion for equipping people with the skills they need to succeed in the workforce. As the founder and CEO of BigSpring, an AI-powered work readiness platform, she has helped companies such as Google, Uber, and Tata rapidly create and retool talent for business growth. The platform has been described as "TikTok for work" and has earned Bhakti and her team recognition as a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer 2020. In addition to her work at BigSpring, Bhakti sits on the Board of Governors and co-chairs the Learning Experiences Committee for JA Worldwide, one of the world's largest youth-serving NGOs. JA prepares young people for employment and entrepreneurship by delivering hands-on, experiential learning in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. Bhakti's role at JA allows her to leverage her expertise in workforce development and skilling to help create pathways for employability, job creation, and financial success. Bhakti's past experience includes founding and leading BigSpring "Analog," which delivered long-term, customized, in-person learning engagements to help private and public sector clients train their workforce with measurable improvements. This experience gave her invaluable "in the trenches" experience on workforce development and skilling and was the stepping stone to today's scalable tech-enabled platform. Bhakti's educational background includes an MBA from the Wharton School, where she focused on entrepreneurial management as a Joseph Wharton Fellow, and a BS from Carnegie Mellon University, where she double-majored in computer engineering and business administration as a University Honors student. Overall, Bhakti has 18.52 years of relevant experience and a deep commitment to equipping people with the skills they need to succeed in the workforce and create a better quality of life.
