Bhanu Prasad is a highly experienced and skilled Staff IT Engineer with over 17 years of experience in the field. He is currently working at Qualcomm, where he started as an individual contributor and has been promoted to the position of Service Owner and Manager/Architect for the Web Access Management team. In his current role, Bhanu is responsible for managing and maintaining a diverse Web Access Management Infrastructure, which includes On-prem, AWS, AxWay API gateway, CA Arcot for Multi-factor authentication, and CA Single Sign-On for Web Access Control of Web Applications. Bhanu's responsibilities include supporting, maintaining, and monitoring the SSO infrastructure, collecting SSO requirements from clients, interacting with customers and stakeholders, driving Agile sprints and team meetings, managing high-priority incidents, deploying, testing, and troubleshooting policies on respective applications, extracting deep insights from various logs generated by Web Access Management Products, and performing capacity analysis when a new application is being prepared to use the Web Access Management services. He is also responsible for building and designing Web Access Management Infrastructure on AWS and Azure. Bhanu's past experience includes working as a Lead IT Engineer and a Senior IT Engineer at Qualcomm, where he gained extensive experience in managing and maintaining Web Access Management Infrastructure. He holds a Masters in Engineering from Osmania University and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He also attended SRM Junior College.
