Bharadwaj Ryaka is a highly accomplished Program and Project Management professional with over 12 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is currently working as a Global Program Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra, where he is responsible for managing the Global Program Management Office in Auto Division Product Planning. In this role, Bharadwaj ensures that all deliverables pertaining to Time, Cost, Scope, and Performance are serviced as per the requirement of Mahindra New Product Development System (MPDS). Bharadwaj has handled over 120 programs with a mix of short and long duration across low and high complexity in Personal and Commercial range. He acts as a Synergy Manager to align Product Development, Component Development Material Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, President’s & Executive Director’s Office for Product Road maps during the business planning phases of Strategy War Room, Operations War Room, Management Review, Resource Week Planning & Revenue Budget Exercise. Bharadwaj has also worked closely with Program Managers across Product Development, Power Train, Mahindra Electric, Mahindra North America, SsangYong Motors S. Korea & global stakeholders to align the delivery expectations of product scope & timelines. He has established standard processes & templates for senior management review cadence, MIS, new colour introduction and benchmark vehicle procurement resulting in speedy resolution of issues and helped in quick decision making. Bharadwaj is an IIT and IIM graduate with a major in Operations and minor in Finance. He completed his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli in 2014 and his Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in 2009. Prior to joining Mahindra & Mahindra, Bharadwaj was a Manager Project Management at Mahindra Susten, where he was responsible for Advanced Project Management, Proposals, Contracts Management, Vendor Development, Client Servicing, IT solutions, and Risk Mitigation for Industrial Construction SBU. Bharadwaj is passionate about travelling and has received senior management appreciation for successful display of Concept Vehicles at Delhi Auto Expo 2020 show. He is a highly talented individual who has been groomed for leadership positions in 12-15 years through the Group Management Cadre (GMC) program at Mahindra & Mahindra.
