Throughout his career, Bharani has played many roles, including individual contributor, module lead, team lead, project lead, architect, and more. He finds this highly rewarding and learns a lot from it. Bharani has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from SRM University, where he graduated in 1999. He is highly skilled in SQL, Senior Software Engineering, Java, and C. In his current role at Thoughtworks, he leads the technology team and plays a pivotal role in the company's growth and development. Previously, he held positions such as Market Tech Principal and Principal Consultant at Thoughtworks.
