Bharat Didwania is a skilled Back End Engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in the industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, which he earned in 2017. Currently, Bharat is working as a Back End Developer at GrabTaxi India in the Wallet and Rewards platform. In his current role, Bharat is responsible for handling the infrastructure and ensuring its stability for the wallet and rewards platform of GrabPay. He is also involved in building the wallet platform for six Southeast Asian countries with a user base of 60 million. Bharat is an expert in developing API services in an Agile environment and documenting all related work per company methodology. Prior to his current role, Bharat worked as a Software Engineer at Samsung, where he worked on different Bluetooth technologies like BLE and Bluetooth low energy for transmission of states to smartphones. He also worked as a Software Engineer Internship at Bosch, where he developed a smart switch that can be controlled manually, using a mobile app, and also depending on the rules defined on AWS cloud. He applied machine learning approaches to determine the state of the switch.
