Bharat Gupta is a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer with over 7 years of experience in the IT and Telecom industry. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing highly available and fault-tolerant products required for core telecom solutions. Currently working as a Solution Lead at Tech Mahindra, Bharat has extensive experience in design and development of software using C, Python, Java and Golang. Apart from his regular work, Bharat is actively involved in community building, mentoring and speaking. He believes that we can change the world through innovation and technology. He was also the Head of Tech Communities and Startups at Startup India Foundation, where he was responsible for building, managing, and growing technology communities and startups. He provided mentorship, collaborations, and support to tech communities and startups, and coordinated with various technology companies, government departments, and universities to foster alliances and partnerships. Bharat has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management. He also completed XII Class in Non-Medical from S. D. Public School, Pitampura, New Delhi. Bharat's technical expertise includes DevOps, Software Engineering, Senior Software Engineering, Python, Golang, and Java. With a relevant experience of 8.79 years, Bharat is a product developer, hackathon enthusiast, tech evangelist, DevOps, open-source enthusiast, mentor, and speaker.
