He is also responsible for building Dunzo Daily (Quick Commerce) with full-stack (Backend, Mobile, Web, QA) and cross-functional (Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics) teams. His duties include hiring and retention, team culture and productivity, systems performance and tech portfolio, product, and business impact. Before joining Dunzo, Bharat invested in early-stage startups, typically deploying $5k/startup with a group of partners. He also co-founded Petichlor, a healthcare startup that aims to digitally transform patients' journey by bringing primary healthcare clinics, pathology labs, and pharmacies on a unified digital platform. Bharat holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, with a major in Computer Science and Engineering.
